AWP 24/7 Advice & Support line for patients
AWP have set up a 24hour, seven day a week telephone response line to provide advice, guidance and support over the phone to existing patients, families and carers, who may be worried about their own or someone else's mental health.
The telephone line - 0800 953 1919 - provides round-the-clock support for adults and children, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

COVID 19 Mental Wellbeing Toolkit
As we enter uncertain times during this Covid-19 pandemic, we are aware that patients will have significant mental health needs. The CCG Medicines Optimisation team, with the help of Dr Jess Wynter Bee, has adapted the Mental Wellbeing Toolkit to help during this covid pandemic, so that people are following government guidance, as well as being signposted to Covid related resources. CAMHS mental health 24/7 response line
The CAMHS mental health 24/7 response line is now available as a dedicated telephone line for parents, children and young people living in BNSSG who may be worried about their own or another young person’s mental health. The telephone line offers out-of-hours care for children and young people in crisis 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
